This is the key step — forms go out automatically before appointments:
Hi [Patient Name], we're looking forward to seeing you at [Practice Name]! Please complete your new patient forms before your appointment — it only takes 5 minutes and saves time when you arrive: [Form Link]. See you [appointment date]!
What you should see: The automation shows as Active with the send schedule displayed.
What you should see: All form fields appear populated in the patient's chart in your PMS.
Troubleshooting: If data isn't syncing, contact NexHealth support — the PMS integration may need a settings adjustment.
